A Happy Customer and Good Customer Service

I live outside the state and needed an outside parking space in a secure area in Missoula to store a vehicle located there. This location provided that space within a fenced area at a good price. When the vehicle arrived, the towing company could not fit it into the assigned parking. The office staff worked with them to find a suitable space and I am especially happy that the staff resolved the space issue without needing to contact me before they could do so. I am grateful all of the paperwork could be done online. There is phone coverage for making reservations outside the posted business hours which was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge working with the office staff as they are only available between 9am-1pm; this made it a bit interesting in trying to coordinate everything. I appreciate everyone stepping up to help work everything out in a very timely manner. Thank you!!

Professional and simple move in process

The entire process was very simple from making a free reservation online to the move in. The lady that called me and got my son checked in was very friendly.
