Great job on my new and favorite part
Alright experience
My experience was confusing/frustrating in the beginning because I didn't know where my unit was. Also the first Customer Service Rep I spoke to wasn't sure where my unit was, and how to buzz me in. Eventually I called another Rep, she helped me buy a more suitable unit for me.

1st Time User
This is our first time using this storage facility. We rent storage ever year to store some of my daughter things from her college dorm so it doesn't be in the way in our apartment. We normally store her things in Chicago but KO Storage had a much better price rate so we decided to use them this year
The facility is nice. The unit itself was decent and clean. The location was GREAT. Not to far from
where we live.
The only problem I had was the location of the unit itself!
