Everything was made easy by signing up early.
Signing up early and having access code day of use was wonderful to not have to stop at office and then go to unit. Having everything at unit with lock and key was great. Everything was made quite easy and organized for us.
Codes can be simpler/ doors close too fast
Unit was nice as well as the area, doors close too fast requiring you to keep re pinning
Excellent customer service
The parking was a bit of a problem because they’re letting big trucks park and you can’t get past them. I think that needs to be addressed and limit the size of the truck they can park in the parking spots. I’m also disappointed. There are no hand trucks available to customers.

Great experience. Fast and easy! Everything is automated and no human interaction was necessary. They provided both text and emails with access information. Everything was as mentioned on the website and emails.
