Great customer service and excellent staff. mandy and anthony both are understanding and good people. ive had many obstacles during my short stay with american self storage. i have gotten to know the staff under- not the greatest circumstances-lets say... and they have been wonderful to me and despite the obstacles have impressed me greatly and earned my utmost respect and humble gratitude for their kindness. thank you both!! sincerely, t. ward
Absolutely horrible.. GO ANYWHERE else!
Lady at the counter, Mandy, was a complete B. Acted like we were bugging here by coming in? Had to practically beg to be shown vacant units and in the end decided making her rent us a unit wasn't worth it whatsoever. Get new staff!

Great facility, very clean and appears very secure.
I stored my brand new cargo trailer and was nervous to store it, but after touring the facility, I feel comfortable that my trailer will be safe and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends.
