"I have never rented a storage facility before, but have heard a host of horrible stories. This made me apprehensive to book a unit, but due to some moving situations it needed to be done. And honestly, it had been a splendid process. Superior Storage is an extremely clean facility, their staff are kind and helpful, and the entire process was so easy. I had lots of questions along the way and representative were constantly available via email, phone, and in person to help out. They provided me with a secure lock (great bonus) and the unit was in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Storage!"

Very easy to rent unit online.
It was a very easy process. Everything was done online and went smoothly. When I had a question I called and received answers right away.

Great place so far
The women who helped us out and got us all signed up for our unit was great. A very personable, knowledgeable and helpful person. I was nice to deal with someone like that when you are dealing with a stressful situation like moving.
