"Nice new overall facility.
First time move in did not go as expected. The floor was not clean. Filled with leaves, dirt, nails, screws, and pieces of glass.
For the rental process, all but one phone call was completed online. Upon inquiry, the agent could not tell us the door open height of the rv units. We decided to rent anyway and the door was high enough (barely). This is definitely something that any service agent should have access to."
