Satisfied, in general, with the overall experience. I have only two minor complaints (if any).
#1 It could use an aesthetic update.
#2 The live-in property manager be more accessible.

I absolutely understand that there is a pandemic going on, that being said, if you post that you have office hours from noon to five on a Sunday then you should actually BE in the office. I waited around thinking maybe the staff was on the grounds or took a quick break. I had to call the customer service number to get assistance.

The property manager was very informative the only thing I see wrong the unit that I rented had a couple of cracks in the concrete floor and the liight didn't work but I didn't even think about that until afterwards so I am quite sure if I mention it Terri will take care of it and then again I didn't see a off and on switch so it maybe something as simple as turning it on.
