Easy, safe, and Isaac is awesome!
Isaac was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me with accessible language and transparency. I get confused easily with paperwork and fine print, and he walked me through everything with stellar patience. The sign-up costs were higher than advertised online, but the amount Isaac estimated over the phone was right on point.
Load-in was incredibly easy. My unit was clean when we got there. While my unit is not climate controlled, the building was cold when I was there, which is nice. It's only my first month there, but I am only anticipating good things!
Only critique: It would be nice if their access hours extended past 6PM, as a lot of people work from 9am-5pm. I work day shifts often, so it'll be a bit difficult to find times to access my unit - but I made sure to put things I don't need frequent access to in there just in case.
