$ was a good, okay, but not great for my tight budget.
What is a review?
Well maybe it has to do with the going to the storage room. When one goes to that place of storage the map should also indicate the location if it had that point or number or arrow to go to. Follow those lines numbers of other storages to turn to and you will get to your storage room. This is my review if that were to be available and nothing is on the wall so I was confused. Although, Carmen the rep helped us a lot and you and doing everything so I was playing the naive person and asking questions and getting answers and she said the map was available but I'll leave it at that. My

Just need to dust off the basement parking lot
Upgrade to Excellence
Because the size unit that I reserved was not available on the day, staff upgraded me to a larger unit for the same price. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have access to the loading bay closest to the unit. Overall, still excellent service.
Friendly folks
The folks working at the front desk were super helpful. They helped me find my unit and showed me an easy way to remember where to find it!!
Positive Experience and Unit
I priced out all of the local storage units with available space, and this one had the best deal by far. The online setup was easy and the the staff were helpful, informative, and friendly. It was a simple and easy process and I am happy with my unit.
