Good overall
Easy to get setup. Was not thrilled with some of the surprise charges (including buying a lock, rather than bringing my own) and being required to add additional insurance when my homeowner's already covers this. Thankfully was able to get this resolved the next day.
Otherwise staff was friendly, like the ease of access and ability to get in quickly.
Great service
Great service, advertisement doesn't match the price. You end up paying for this and for that. So please be more up front about what you will pay for. Other than that, everything else was great!
Excellent service! Very clean!!
Great experience with Denise at this facility. She had us in and out quickly and recommended before hand that we come earlier in the day to complete the paperwork because we had a later move out time from our dorm. The facility was very clean as well. The whole process was seem less!!
