Had difficulty paying online and someone called me to assist in completing my reservation to get my unit.
No people there and hard to get human on phone
These self serve places are a nightmare

Secure, clean and well cared for premise
Very clean facility
The facility is very clean and in a great location. The only issue is that I had an appointment and was confirmed. I got to the facility and no one was there. I waited over an hour and called another facility and was told again that someone should be there. The other family tried to get a hold of someone and they were unable to locate anyone. Waited over an hour and no one showed up.
Brand New
The rental process was swift and easy to understand. The facility itself is brand new complete with flatbed moving carts.
