When we booked the reservation with customer service over the phone they assured us there were 2 electronic gates - 1 in front - 1 in the back section. When we arrived we discovered the 2nd gate that secures the vehicle storage area is not functioning. In addition, multiple outside cameras are not working. This is of concern and would appreciate all being fixed.
We also want to compliment the excellent customer service we received from the Property Manager, Brandon Logue. He was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with.
