Service rep was friendly, resourceful, and expeditious.
Small tear in the ceiling insulation, which I repaired with duct tape. Fluid drainage stain on the floor from adjacent storage. Otherwise, the facility is secure and easily accessible.
As expected.
Clean grounds, clean unit. Construction in the area made it a bit more difficult to access.
Customer service was good, a little run around. Employee called in so nobody was at the office for my 10 am appt, went back and got everything situated.
