Be prepared for rent increase between 16% - 22% every six to eight months. Mine unit is 10X15. I was paying $176, and it went up to $204 right at six months. Prior to that I had a smaller storage, and it went from $76 to $93. I have been there a year and a half, and they raised it twice.
They don't tell you that when you sign up. I'm thinking about moving to other storage in town. Yes, it would cost me moving cost, but I don't want to give them my business. Like other reviews said, 2nd floor smells horrible. We think there's a dead cat somewhere in the building. Go somewhere else.
Overall happy with our unit. Very clean. Staff is very nice
Very clean. Good location. A little pricey. Accommodating. Love that they let us use their flat bed dollys. The only concern is in our lease contract it states price can go up simply based on availability with only a 30 day notice after we’re already locked in. Sounded mildly worrisome.
Price just right.
