Pamela is the best.
You pretty much know what you're getting when it comes to storage units, so it's the customer service that makes an experience stand out. And Pamela absolutely stood out. Very warm and very friendly. I made a reservation online a week before my scheduled move in and she still called me to confirm my reservation was good to go. The sign up process took maybe only 15 minutes. I got one of the 5x5 units and I was surprised by how much room there was. The ceiling is very high so even though there isn't much square feet, you can stack stuff pretty tall. I still had room to spare when I was done unloading my stuff.

Great experience
I've never rented a storage unit before, so I didn't know what to expect. The woman at the front desk was amazing. She asked questions to know how to better help me. She showed me and offered great deals. I was super impressed and felt so comfortable in knowing I would be ok leaving my possessions in a storage until my place is ready for move in.
