Trying to reserve online was a problem
Easy experience, helpful staff.
We needed a last minute spot for our in closed trailer. We were so happy with our person on the phone, getting us help setting things up with location and price. Then when we arrived at the storage location, the staff went out of her way to help us with this new experience with doing this and showing us the spot to park our trailer.
So very helpful when you haven't done this before and in a unfamiliar area. Couldn't be more pleased with the overall service.
