Disappointing results
I reserved a 5 x 10 unit online with drive up outside access. When I drove 2 hours and finally got to the location, I didn't have that outside access unit reserved and had to re-rent a 5 x 10 unit when I was in their parking lot just to get a unit that is inside and not what I reserved for the same price as the drive up unit. What a disappointment and false advertising. I would've gone somewhere else but, time was a factor and had to keep the inside unit that I didn't want. Beware of how this company works!!!

Seems to be too easily accessible to non renters. Businesses are run out of some units which are designed for storage not for employment.

I moved in today. I was treated with respect and wonderful customer service from the manager at this location Mr. Rodriguez. He was courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.
