Great Customwr Service & Clean Facility.
Customer service was excellent. I don’t remember the two ppl that helped but they were extremely nice patient showed me everything before paying. They were very professional and clean.

Satisfied with the rental based on size for short term storage needs!
Customer service was good however more information should have been provided during the initial call from the facility after online reservation (possible additional discounts, i.e. Educator, Military). Company needs to let customers know that a lock is not provided free. It presents the appearance of the priority being to sell locks!
