A/C is not working properly inside the building.
There's no A/C working inside the building. The thermostat on the wall says it was 80 degrees inside the building and it felt like it was. I thought this was supposed to be climate control w/Air conditioning. I stated to the guy that was on duty that they need to turn the A/C on or lower the temperature because it's hot in the building. He just looked at me and didn't bothered to do anything. Overall, my storage unit is good and it was clean. I like that my unit has a light in it.
Very easy process to choose my unit and get moved in.
Receptionist was so nice and helpful. It's very easy to get your stuff in. I spent maybe 20 minutes signing up for my unit.

From the confirmation call the day I reserved the unit to the check in date the customer service was excellent l!! Sandi was awesome she walked us through the paperwork and was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend and will.
