Fast easy process
Everything was pretty much done online, fast and easy process. Leslie made sure to call a few times the day of my appointment to ensure that I did not need assistance with anything. I definitely recommend!

Easy access, better deals online
When I arrived on move-in day the woman at front desk offered to show me a similar unit to the one I had reserved since the online reservation I had made via Sparefoot was not appearing in her system. The rate for the unit she showed me was actually $30 more expensive than the reservation and I was in a rush to get back to work so I decided to complete my paperwork online instead of booking the one she showed me. After getting my access code I was disappointed to find rat poop in the unit that I had originally reserved. Although she assured me that the pest inspector had just visited that same day and verified that the rats were gone, I would recommend inspecting the unit before you complete any of the move-in paperwork.

Facility good, customer service not so good
I scheduled a check-in/move-in date, just to get to the location at 12pm, and the doors are locked, no signage posted on the door, and no one answering the phone. We stood out in the blazing heat for 1 1/2 hours, talked to 4 or 5 different customer service Reps, who all assured me that the location was open, and the personnel must be doing lock checks. We walked the entire premise, and there was no one in site. Finally got a customer service Rep to give me a direct number to a manager. Talked to the manager that calmly said the location closed at 1:30pm,although we had been there since 12pm, with no one in site the entire time we were there. She suggested i go to another location to finish registering. Travelled 15mins to next location, stayed there for over 30mins, and the Rep there was even confused as to why they sent us to their location, when there was a location closer. After getting signed up, we go back to the original location, and now all of a sudden theres a worker present. Expressed my frustrations with the Rep, although its probably not her fault she's covering 3 locations, she showed no concern or care. Then we had to get a unit that was upstairs, and down two long hallways. So what should have been a 30min move at the most, turned into an easy 4 hour process. Communication is key in the customer service industry, and that ball was dropped several times during our process.
