"1 day late and they wouldnt allow me to pay unless i paid $175 on top of it. They raised my rent after being there literally 4 months. This place is not about helping people, all they want is to take advantage of people having hard times. They dont even try to work with you they immediately take your storage. Obviously if someone is struggling to pay and is already paying a late fee you dont make it where you wont except payment unless they pay an additional 175 on top thats just ridiculous. They make it impossible for you so that they can keep your belonging. Straight crooks. Horrible people. Never in my life have i dealt with a business thats so unprofessional, uncaring, and designed to totally screw people. Im not the only 1 this has happened to. Next time im reading reviews before i trust another business like this one."

The worst place ever
