Climate controlled
When I entered the unit, inside the unit was hotter than outside the facility. This is a bit concerning, as I asked multiple times if this is climate controlled. As the customer service representatives are not on site to verify, they did assure me the unit was supposed to be. I am unsure of this aspect on the unit I am in, E30.

same day storage
I needed A new storage ASAP and was surprised to learn that self storage helped me get to where I needed to be very quickly. I was moved in the same day. I had a bit of Issue for the first time, but the customer service reps went Above and beyond to make sure i was good.

Great place to have storage!
Thank you for an easy move-in experience! I met a staff member when moving in as he was walking through, checking on units. Very friendly & personable as was the representative I spoke to on the phone who was a call center rep. She was extremely helpful! It helps knowing (unlike another storage place) the rate will remain unchanged until reviewed again in 6-8 months. Then I was told when the time comes to just talk to the property manager. Overall a great experience!
