Better Than the Best Storage
This storage facility is the best one I have used. The staff is very attentive and demonstrate a willingness to assist in a timely manner from the phone query to the ending to rent. The facility is very comfortable feeling with the climate control.
Except that unit was compromise..
The unit had the ceiling mesh thorn and taken off the metal .. so like some one had enter thru the ceiling !
Altho it was repair on the spot ..
is not as secure as I would’ve Imagine ..
Staff is diligent, helpful, and always cleaning.
I have been helped by 2 different employees at Westheimer location. The 3 times I rented, they each took time to help me decide on size of unit needed. They then patiently helped me locate closest unit because of my disability. The building feels safe, thanks to the many security entrance requirements, lighting, etc.
