The place is clean and well maintained. My issue with them is that they raised the rent 27.25% with no notice after 6 months.
Clean, easy to use facility - friendly support staff.
Storage units are very clean and in excellent condition. 3 elevators meant almost no time waiting for an elevator. Sign-up process was easy and every interaction with the staff has been friendly and positive.
All was good -- better than expected.
See above, nothing much to add. Especially liked the staff; seemed like good people, certainly well trained. Feel very comfortable having my 'stuff' stored there.
