As promised and good value.
As promised. Dropped off camper in assigned spot and was on my way.
Some one else belongs was in my storage unit
Very disappointed, someone else things were in my unit. Plus the move in was not a described. There was no lock left in the unit per the move in instructions. Customer service service is terrible. Tried several times to speak to someone at this location. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help resolve this issue, had to resort to calling Coporate office in California to try to get this matter resolved. Items were left in the storage unit for 2 days unlocked. Finally someone from the Location called to resolve the issue. Put a lock on my unit and promised to send me the key.
