"The kiosk had no sound so I couldn't communicate with customer service and find where to go to my unit. They still had me reserved for the 5x5 when I wanted the 5x10. So I have to call Cs to fix that. The doors had no ramps to make it easy to get the carts in and out of door and no door stop to ease moving through exterior or interior doors making it a hassle for myself moving alone."

New but a few issues
The kiosk had no sound so I couldn't communicate with customer service and find where to go to my unit. They still had me reserved for the 5x5 when I wanted the 5x10.
