Unit is filthy. I have to go back and clean it. I have never seen that before and I have had outside units.
Easy move-in, clean facility and a great manager on site
Found this location online, set up a move-in date and went through the process on the phone. The manager provided clear communication and straight forward directions. Beyond impressed with the actual facility and on site manager, Matt. The paperwork was explained thoroughly along with a visit to the interior unit prior to putting a lock on it. Squeaky clean, fire safety protocols and easy transport of items from the dock to the unit.

Moved to Asheville from FL
I had my stuff in a 5x10 for over $150 in FL. When I realized I could move it here and store it cheaper for a bigger unit (climate controlled) I jumped on the opportunity! Great customer service and excellent location! Will be here for a while!
