Jeff is honestly the most humble down to earth sweetest human being i have ever had contact with, i have never once had an issue with them not answering and never once had an issue with them not going above and beyond to give me great service and a positive attitude every time we talk. We truly appreciate every employee at Vernon storage who we have come in contact with and we will continue to use them till we no longer need a storage unit.

Entire process was very simple!
It took about 5-7 minutes to complete the paperwork and unit was available the next day. Very friendly staff!!
Not easy to reach.
I just called to let them know my debit card changed. No help whatsoever. The phone message instructed me to use google. Thank you for nothing. Your payment will now be late.
