Nice people, good experience
The staff made check-in super straight-forward and explained everything clearly. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Great experience all around.
Nice Operation
The Storage Bin has a few properties managed by an experienced family. It was gratifying to talk with them face to face and have them help me look through their properties for exactly what I wanted.
Great company to rent from
They were fast getting back to me on a day notice and when I went in to pay for it Jennifer was great in explaining everything she was smiling and made us feel good about renting the unit I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
Good place
The staff was really helpful and friendly. We weren't sure how many units we would need or how large, but they let us move things around as needed.
Easy internet reservation process. Nice and freindly reception and check in. Had a door opening problem with the assigned unit, and receptionist came and guided us to one of their other units.
