"My storage unit was bought out by another company, which is now public storage. I fell on hard times and couldn't pay the old balance from previous owners and then added on fees from Public Storage. I was ready to let my things go into auction and I received a call telling me that I was able to save my account and my fees be waived. Iam grateful that I don't have to lose things that mean so much. I am thankful to a young lady by the name of Nikki, who helped aid me in recovering the unit. Thank you again Nikki."
