Nice storage, horrible management
We just moved into this storage unit and the manager on duty, Doreen, was extremely unpleasant and rude to us. The exit gate on the property is currently broken, which made it very difficult to get the large U-Haul in and out of a single gate. Doreen was unaccommodating and and made rude remarks when my elderly father was struggling to turn the U-Haul around. If possible, we would have switched facilities to avoid dealing with her and giving her the business. Aside from the awful management, the facilities are nice.

Conflict between Web Info & In-Person
Terrific facility, clean, ease of entry from street. Gate is sensitive must proceed, back up a little and it closes. Ease of exit. Appears well maintained facility.
Nice folks at the desk. Could have disclosed insurance information up front.
The Website is not clear about the insurance and the monthly cost. Free month is limited to specific units that is not made clear. I saw the web after I booked in person. I might have felt differently had I booked online.

This is the only storage unit facility I've ever used but it seems good so far

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
Since this company purchased from prior owners, prices increased along with demand regarding insurance and addition to adding for insurance coverage whether you needed it or not. I am arranging to move my property and leave this facility soon, due to cost and insurance demand.
