Easy Online Rental Payment and Access
I went online, filled out simple forms, rented a unit, was sent my gate access code and they even had a lock inside unit for me with 2 keys ! Mind you all of this was around 11pm and I was able to get into my unit instantly without the office even being open ! Highly Recommend!
Was a confusing process but good nonetheless
I was very confused on how to get into my unit. The instructions provided were very vague. Then, customer service didn’t answer my calls for a while. I was able to get in after but it was very difficult and unnecessarily time-consuming.
This is an easy, accessible , clean facility.
The facility is easily assessable, clean, and well managed. I will recommend to my friends!
