"The lady manager was helpful in explaining the terms of the storage contract, fees, hours, and gave a preview of the unit and building prior to sign up. Units aren't super cold (bottom floor hovers around 80deg F, top floor around 90deg F), but they are cooled and much less hot than the Phoenix heat. There is a security gate at the entrance where you have to enter a code to enter/leave. There is a freight elevator inside the storage building that fits a lot of stuff inside to make loading up your storage unit easier if you're on the second floor. If you want a good price on a storage unit and need one asap, this is the place for you."
