new front office folks excellent.

Reserved, paid for, and moved a few things in all done right at closing time on a Saturday. After a few more things moved in, I realized that the size on my rental was not what it was supposed to be, per my reservation. I call the office and was offered another unit which I accepted. It too was undersized. Chris from the front office had walked out to show me the unit and quickly called his boss/coworker to see if i would be interested in another bigger unit, or if I would be willing to take the current new unit for a discount off of what I reserved. I took the discount which actually helps me more than a bigger unit. Quick resolution of my issue with a choice of options was more that I expected.

Storage Fit had the size unit I needed for a reasonable price.

To be fair to Arthur regarding cleanliness, right before I was to move in, an incident occurred which was beyond his control. As a result, I had to take another unit which he had not had time to clean out. I was just glad another unit of the same size was available. Arthur has been very accommodating and he is a good problem solver. I would highly recommend Storage Fit.

In fairness to Arthur at Storage Fit, due to an unforeseen event, he had to put me into a unit that had not been cleaned out very well. He had no control over the circumstances and I was just glad that he still had a unit open for me. Having a person on premises is a real advantage. Arthur is a good problem solver and he is very accommodating.
