"Great and very responsive and caring on-site managers but the virtual managers while they are nice are a pain to use and takes oodles of times as sometime they asked for me to wait over 7 minutes for one while the store was empty and I was the only one there. Aside for this inconvenience, it was a good service."

Great on-site caretaker
Great and very responsive and caring on-site managers but the virtual managers while they are nice are a pain to use and takes oodles of times as sometime they asked for me to wait over 7 minutes for one while the store was empty and I was the only one there. Took me 30 minutes to get in
No one to help me find the code to the working gate except a helpful renter of another storage unit. I tried to talking to someone but no one was around.
