Very professional office staff that is always available and helpful.
I have just rented for a second time due to a basement flood in my home. The storage facility if very close to my home. The staff is very professional and helpful. I really appreciate that someone is always available to answer questions. The prices are a bit high but the convenience to my home is preferred. Uhaul rental is very helpful as well. Would recommend.

Overall very good experience
Facility was easy to get to; space was very clean. Ventilation is good. Customer service experience was very good. Access is easy & security is great!
