Good price bad access
The hours for access are ridiculous and need to be extended to at least dusk.
Also the facility needs to be updated, the blacktop is old and crumbling (potholes) and a lot of the roll up doors need replacing

No one is there at the facility
Twice I’ve been to the Orland facility. First time I waited 15 minutes. Second time, no one ever showed. I had lost my gate code,yes I know my fault. After many phone calls and an hour of waiting someone got me the code
