Horrible
I went to get my stuff and I was locked out. It was supposed to be staffed on Sunday from 9-4 and there was nobody there to help with my problem. Horrible

Was Good
Had a promo for first month free, but they do not mention how you must still pay for any days after the first. If you have the promo, best to use it exactly the beginning of the month or you’ll still end up paying a pro rated fee. The customer service was friendly and fast, and it was only just her there. Overall experience was good. Thanks!
