The prices are great and it’s very clean
The sweet lady at the front desk was awesome. I had already reserved a unit for Monday. When I came in , I got a ride in the golf cart to go check it out. It was perfect. Also, the grounds there are spotless. She even gave me a free lock and 1st month was half price. She totally made my day. I highly recommend them.
Nice management
Took forever but glad I chose them. Too much paperwork for a storage unit they don’t take responsibility for.
The people are nice. Even with my annoyance of it all and me trying not to show it, I was tired and knew I wasn’t being as patient as I should have been. Facilities are clean.

Outstanding Customer Service!!
After going on a wild goose chase with a different storage facility, I ended up at Mini U Storage Crowley where I was greeted by Vicki and Chad. These are the most genuine, friendly, and down to earth folks you could ever meet. In a world where great customer service is practically non existent, these folks go above and beyond. I don't think anyone ever really wants to put their "stuff" in storage, but Vicki and Chad made the experience quick and easy. I would encourage and strongly recommend anyone looking for storage options to not waste their time going anywhere else but Mini U Storage Crowley. You will be so glad you did!!
