Found myself in need of more storage space so thought of Fort Security right away. As a very satisfied prior customer, I was pleased to see that things have not changed. It's a clean, well secured, easy to access facility. Staff is friendly and professional and very helpful. I compared the rate with other facilities and found it very competitive.
The only negative feedback is that the interior lighting could be better. Mine is a smaller unit so there is no lighting inside the unit itself and lighting in the hallway is quite limited.
Worst Place Ever!
Overpriced and if you are late you can't make a payment online. That way they can charge more ridiculous late fees. Not worth it at all!!

The units are much like any other, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. The added bonus of a box truck rental for mileage alone is amazing.
