"If you have ever moved everything you own hundreds of miles, then you know the nightmare. Mine began with trouble with the rental trucks not being available when and where they said they would be. Then because of that delay and underestimating how long it would take to load the trucks, we fell a day behind. We then made the drive across Utah and Wyoming during high winds. By the time we got to Ft Collins we were all spent. Then we reached the Storage Star facility. The staff new our situation and had stayed in touch through the whole adventure. They greeted us with compassion and understanding. So friendly! They both went so far out of their way to help us anyway they could. We told them how much we appreciated them, but I don't think they really know how much they helped. Storage facilities are all similar as far as their use,but customer service like this is rare. Thank you Annette and Danny. You guys rock!"

Excellent customer service!

Good customer service
I was stressed from moving & frustrated when I arrived at the storage facility to get the key, etc. and a sign on the door said they would be back in 30 minutes. They handled my frustration compassionately, explaining that only one person is working, and they needed a lunch break. NOTE: Call ahead if front desk help is needed. The price is good. The location is not convenient, but the facility is clean.
