Best option for our needs
I did alot of research before deciding on Prime Storage. After considering other options Prime seemed the best for location, price and cleanliness. I reserved a 10x15 unit online at night. They called early the next morning to answer any questions I had. I then decided to rent the unit. I feel really good about my decision.

Great service and friendly staff
The manager on duty was very helpful. The contract was explained clearly to me, then he escorted me to the unit and explained policies etc. The unit was clean and ready for move-in when we arrived. Thanks!

Short Term Storage for Move
Arrived at facility and access code didn't work. Gavin very quick, helpful and kind in addressing and solving the situation for me. Gavin was also helpful to me throughout the several hours I was there organizing my unit.
Arrived to my unit. Very clean and ready to go.
