Issue with check in confirmation but otherwise OK
Initially I was unable to check in as although I had a confirmation number the kiosk had informed me my unit was already rented to someone else!! The first agent I spoke to was clueless and I could barely understand her English. When she transferred me the gentleman was very helpful, apologetic, and was able to pull my reservation and get me checked in right away.

Very surprised, how easy, affordable and nice the units are.
The customer service representative I spoke with did a great job and made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed. I think the place is great easy access great location.
