Smaller than I needed but we made it work! Rude customers though!
Quick and easy
Did everything online and had a easy move in
The rental experience was east and quick.
I called the number and they searched for this facility and put me in the system. I got there and registering was easy and prompt. Be aware that some of the units are not exact size they are estimate.
I didn't realize it that we loss some space in our unit due to pipes running thru it, so we will need to rent another 10x10 because we needed the additional space for a large couch.

Moving in
We did everything online. Had our moving in day. Which was great. Except for I went down to the office three different times to speak with somebody about a couple things I needed, and to see if you guys needed anything else from me. And no one was there even though the note on the door said they were on the property, and would be right back. We waited for over an hour! No one ever came back to the office to help us, or the other man that was waiting with us. Otherwise the property was OK.
