Megan is AMAZING
This facility has outdone all others and not only met but exceeded all expectations. Megan went above and beyond from the moment I made the first inquiry to reservation and even waited for my car’s delivery to ensure it all went smooth. She went above and beyond in every possible way. The entire staff here is awesome. Way to go truly!!!
Five Star to Jan and the other lady.
Two ladies one was name Jan were really nice answer all my questions. Place is excellent condition nice and clean. I will recommend it to any of my family and friends.
Good move in.
Not enough moving carts available unless go into office and leave an ID.
Also if more than 3 0r 4 people are in the area it is very cramped for pulling your vehicle in or out.
Nice storage but a lot of hidden fees
Trying to force you to buy insurance that you don't need when you have your own. Lie that you can't cancel it online and that you have to come back after 24 hours.
Force you to buy their custom lock. And try hard selling of one their humidity control things even when you don't really need it in climate controlled units.
