It wasn’t a very smooth transition
I was having a very bad time, had to get all of my things and put them in storage. They provided a lock that doesn’t fit the latch on the storage space. I’m moving my things out in days and taking them elsewhere because when I realized the lock didn’t fit , I went to a closed office. Nobody answered the phone, and I put in a online complaint through the app and nobody got back to me. I had to leave my things in the facility unsecured, had to take a trip to Walgreens and buy a lock I shouldn’t have had to buy to begin with. To pay over a hundred dollars for such an experience was beyond me. I’m big on customer service and apparently this facility isn’t.it’s not even the money, it’s the principle, and I’ll be moving my things out tomorrow, only days into them being there. Even if it comes at a loss, I’ll go somewhere, where I’m valued as a customer.

I would recommend. But there's too many hidden fees you have to look out for. The staff is very knowledgeable with what they're talking about but the hidden fees and extra services that I don't need is totally insane.
