Pack-rats paradise!

I looked at 2 other facilities prior to Smart stop and I am sooo happy the other places didn't have what I needed because this place was top notch!
The price is very fair!
The office is super clean. Tim who set me up was so helpful and thorough and just a super nice human!! He made my day!
The grounds are clean and easy to navigate through. My 10 x 10 unit has lots of space. Thrilled with my new drive up unit!

Reservation on line was very easy, convienent.

Person at facility who checked me in was polite, helpful and very friendly. Appreciate the discounts on first month rent

Affordable for short term

The facility is clean, and it does serve its sole purpose; to store someone’s belongings. A few of the down sides would be, if someone were to unload a truck full of things, you have to unlock the door over and over again to go in and out. There is no indoor drive in, you are unloading from the outside. It is best to do it on a day that is not terribly hot or really cold. Lastly, the first floor is the only floor that is climate controlled. One pro, the location is gated.

Customer service is pleasing, storage is very clean and price is very reasonable compared to other storage units.

Price is nice and manager was excellent

Price is good, but was given an 8' x 8' unit when I had paid for a 10 x 10. The manager was fantastic though - I just wish the posted space was accurate. I had planned to share the space with another, but the limited space prevented that.
