Computers were down
We were storing a vehicle and brought the documentation but their system was down and we were required to go to another facility to complete the rental. It took at least an hour longer and caused us to miss another appointment
Great customer service
The check in was a bit long, but was great! The employee talked to me about various options and made sure I was comfortable with each step. The unit was great too!

it was quick and easy to get my unit and the unit it a reasonable price with easy access and it's climate controlled too. I'm very happy and I like that access is limited until 9pm as to control security. I also like that someone is there to Watch the units 24/7.
