I did not get my free lock that I was promised I had to purchase one
I was promised that there would be a free kick with with my storage when I got there. The lock was not there I had to go and purchase one before I moved in which was an in convince. I would have pre bought one to save time

Happy overall.
Nice and friendly staff, I would recommend to another friend overall experience from my standpoint. It's not too bad I've been to worse, so we'll leave it on that note. But I am pleased a little pricey, but well worth the money for climate control. Dominique is a nice and friendly manager. He understood my situation. He explained it in well detailed, information overall a nice manager.
