Mary was very nice and helpful.
This facility is very secure and clean as well as maintained and affordable. I appreciated the great customer service that Mary offered and would highly recommend this particular location to everyone that is in need of storage and any kind of proper placements of extra things that need to be stored for any reason. Also a great area of this Part of town tobe located in the lower downtown capital district right by Coors field the location and the service couldn't get much better .

Not worth the money
Rude customer service from both the property manager and district manager. NOT climate controlled, sweltering in the summer, frozen in the winter. old building with paint chips that fall from the walls and get into all your stuff.
Hidden fees are a scam
I wish they would be honest when I specifically asked about "the total move-in cost". I asked twice. I ended up paying over three times the amount I was told.
